CapitalSwiss Software [legal form] ("CapitalSwiss Software") develops and licenses software (the "Platform"). We are not a crypto-asset exchange, broker, custodian, payment service provider, asset manager or investment firm, and we are not authorised as such by any authority. We do not provide services to the end users of platforms built with our technology.

Businesses that deploy the Platform ("Operators") run their own platform under their own brand. Each Operator is solely responsible for:

• obtaining the licences, registrations and authorisations required in each jurisdiction where it operates;
• its anti-money laundering and customer due diligence policies, and its decisions on customer files;
• the assets, products and services it offers, and their terms;
• how customer assets are held and protected;
• the information, risk warnings and marketing it provides to its customers;
• its tax and accounting obligations.

What "compliance-ready" means. The Platform includes tools that help Operators meet their obligations, such as identity verification, verification levels, transaction limits, audit trails and tax reports. Using these tools does not, on its own, make an Operator compliant with any law, and it does not mean that a platform has been approved or authorised by any authority.

Nothing on the Website constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax or regulatory advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any crypto-asset or financial instrument.

AI features. The AI features of the Platform, including the copilot, trading signals, market insights, whale tracking, portfolio analysis and price alerts, generate information automatically. This information may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, does not take into account anyone's personal situation, and is not a recommendation. The historical accuracy of signals is no indication of future results.

Tax reports. Tax reports generated by the Platform are estimates provided for information. They are not tax advice and do not replace the work of a qualified tax professional.

The Platform gives access to crypto-asset products and services that carry significant risks. Operators must inform their own customers of these risks in accordance with the law that applies to them. These risks include, in particular:

• Volatility. Crypto-asset prices can rise or fall sharply in a short time. You can lose all the money you put in.
• Leverage and perpetual futures. Leveraged trading magnifies losses as well as gains. A small price movement can lead to rapid liquidation and the loss of the entire margin.
• Liquidity. It may be impossible to buy or sell an asset at the expected price, or at all.
• Technology. Smart contracts, blockchains, cross-chain bridges and price oracles can fail, be attacked or contain flaws. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible: assets sent to a wrong address or on a wrong network may be lost permanently.
• Third parties. Products may depend on third-party providers, such as liquidity providers, networks or identity verification services, whose failure, interruption or insolvency can cause losses.
• Staking. Staked assets may be locked for a period, rewards are variable, and some networks penalise validators by reducing staked assets.
• Investment products and real-world assets. Returns presented as fixed or targeted are not guaranteed. They depend on the issuer or manager, which may default. These products may be illiquid, and their valuation may be uncertain.
• Stablecoins. A stablecoin can lose its peg to the reference currency.
• Cybersecurity. Platforms, wallets and accounts can be targeted by hacking, phishing or fraud.
• Regulation and tax. Laws applicable to crypto-assets change frequently and differ by country. A change in law may restrict or prohibit some activities, or change their tax treatment.

Revenue models, fees, volumes, launch timelines and other examples shown on the Website are illustrative. The results of an Operator depend on many factors outside our control, including its market, licensing, customer acquisition, liquidity, pricing and management. We do not guarantee any level of revenue, activity or profitability.
