The Website presents business-to-business technology. It is intended for companies and professionals evaluating a white-label crypto platform, and for prospective investors in CapitalSwiss Software. It is not intended for consumers or for anyone under 18.

The Website is not directed at any person in a jurisdiction where its content, or access to it, would be unlawful.

CapitalSwiss Software develops and licenses software (the "Platform") that businesses ("Operators") deploy to run their own crypto platform under their own brand.

We do not operate a crypto platform for the public. We do not provide trading, custody, exchange, staking, investment, payment or any other financial service to visitors of the Website, and we do not hold funds or crypto-assets on their behalf.

Each Operator runs its own business and is solely responsible for obtaining the licences, registrations and authorisations required in its jurisdiction, and for complying with applicable law, including anti-money laundering, customer due diligence, consumer protection, marketing, tax and data protection rules.

Any licence to use the Platform is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement between CapitalSwiss Software and the Operator. These terms do not grant you any right to use the Platform.

The content of the Website is provided for general information only.

• Descriptions of features, modules, integrations, timelines and figures are general and may change without notice.
• Modules marked "Coming soon" are under development. We make no commitment as to their release date or final scope.
• Figures are given as of the date stated or, if none is stated, as of the date of publication.
• Screenshots and visual examples use fictitious brands and fictitious data.
• Nothing on the Website is an offer capable of acceptance. A quote binds us only once issued in writing and accepted under a signed agreement.

Nothing on the Website constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax or regulatory advice. Please read our Risk disclaimer and seek independent professional advice before making any decision.

We provide access to a demonstration instance of the Platform free of charge, for evaluation only.

• The demo runs on fictitious data, which is reset regularly. Balances, prices, signals, returns and any other results shown in the demo are simulated and have no monetary value.
• Do not send real crypto-assets or funds to any address shown in the demo. Anything sent may be permanently lost and will not be recovered.
• Do not enter real personal data of third parties, and do not upload real identity documents.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or test the security of the demo, and do not use it to develop a competing product.
• Admin access links are personal. Do not share them.

The demo is provided "as is". We may suspend, change or end access at any time, without notice.

The Investors page, the investor deck and any related material are provided for information only, to persons eligible to receive them under the laws of their jurisdiction.

They do not constitute an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any securities or other financial instruments in any jurisdiction. Any investment would be made only on the basis of definitive legal documentation and in compliance with applicable law.

Statements about our roadmap, plans, projections or future performance are forward-looking. They reflect our current expectations, involve risks and uncertainties, and actual results may differ materially. Material marked as confidential must not be shared without our prior written consent.

The Website and its content, including text, design, graphics, videos, software, screenshots, and the CapitalSwiss Software name and logos, are owned by or licensed to CapitalSwiss Software and protected by intellectual property laws.

If any provision of these terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. If these terms are translated, the English version prevails.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, subject to any mandatory rule of law.
